The Adam's Brot preparation in "sonnenwald" version is made of 4 different low GI flours (golden flax flour, coconut flour, almond flour and pumpkin flour) which turns into a delicious gluten free, low carb and yeast free bread!

Mix the bag with 350 ml of lukewarm water (about 30°).

Knead by hand for about 2 minutes until a dough is obtained.

Put the dough in a greased mold or simply on a grid and cover with a cloth. Let it rest at room temperature for 45 minutes.

Smooth the surface with a little water then bake at 180° (rotating heat) for 60 minutes approx.

Let it cool, it's ready, bon appétit!"
