Ingredients for 2 pers.

  • Konjac fettuccine
  • 150 g shrimps
  • garlic powder
  • half onion
  • 10 g butter
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream 30%
  • curry powder
  • salt
  • half lemon

  • 1 colander
  • 1 chopping board
  • 1 spatula

Les étapes

- Etape 1

First, rinse the konjac noodles with plenty of water for 2/3 minutes and set aside.

- Etape 2

Cut the onion into rings.

In a hot pan, fry the onions in butter.

Add the shrimp, garlic powder, curry powder and the juice of half a lemon.

Add two tablespoons of crème fraiche and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.
