  • 50g almond flour
  • 50g almond powder
  • 40g dark chocolate
  • 50g salted butter

  • 10 cl almond milk
  • 50g Erythritol
  • vanilla extract

Preparation: 

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, whiten the eggs with the Erythritol.
  3. Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler, then stir them into the mixture with a wooden spoon. 
  4. Add the flour, a little at a time to the mixture then the almond milk, salt, yeast and finally your vanilla extract. 
  5. Pour into the molds and bake for 15 minutes. That's it!
